This is Sergio from Albuquerque NM we spoke a several weeks ago! I just wanna let you know that I really enjoy getting your monthly newsletter! you pack in soooo many good tips & info that I cant believe its free! Heres an example!

I used to do lumpy mail but stopped then I read your last newsletter & decided to try it again ,well this week I got 8 good leads & 2 strong deals (from the 8) I was so hyped that I went back & read your old newsletters for more tips!

I get lots of newsletters from other investors mostly fluff even though they say no fluff but your info is solid, useable & just plain works!

So just wanna say "THANK YOU!" for sharing all your good info, also when we last talked you said you were making some changes to your course like adding a manual, what will the manual include? what other changes will you be making?! also, when Im done I would like to send you some info on private lending that Im currently researching. Its some stuff that I have not yet seen anyone use and so far im having some pretty good results I would like you to check it out, give me some ideas, recommend some changes & just tweak it! Im defiantly not trying to become a guru but I would value your opinion & expertise if you wouldn’t mind taking a look at it and if you like it & wanna use it Im ok with that too! anyways thanks again Mike hope to hear from you soon!!!

Hi Mike,

I picked up your buying/seller presentation kit early in the week, edited, laminated and bound it, and Today at our monthly meeting handed out copies to the crew who run help me run my deals. (they follow up after the initial phone contact, go look at the houses, and get my contracts signed)

It was a big hit, and not only do I feel it will give them something to "fall back on" if they get tongue-tied when meeting with a seller, but I feel it will help us come of as just a little bit more professional. We already wear shirts with our logo and URL on them, and this compliments the whole image very nicely.

In any case, it was easy to edit to fit our program, and is a great tool for the price. (although it cost me around $30 each to laminate and bind them, lol)

I sent you a copy FYI, just in case you're wondering if anyone uses them to a great degree.
